Cochlear implantation is a unique method to re-construct audition for patients with severe to profound hearing loss. With increasing clinical application of this technique, its rehabilitative effects in patients has become an important topic of heating and speech rehabilitation research. This article is an overview of heating and speech rehabilitative training, rehabilitative efficacy evaluation and factors affecting rehabilitation efficacy following cochlear implantation.
