目的 :探讨 130dB次声作用对大鼠纹状体一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性神经元及乙酰胆碱转移酶 (ChAT)免疫阳性神经元表达的影响 .方法 :SD大鼠接受频率为 16Hz和 8Hz,130dB次声 ,2h·d-1,分别作用 7,14及 2 1d后 ,采用神经化学解剖学方法观察纹状体NOS阳性神经元和ChAT免疫阳性神经元表达的影响 .结果 :次声作用后 ,大鼠NOS阳性神经元数目表现为先升高后降低 ,而ChAT免疫阳性神经元随时间增加数目减少 .16Hz组ChAT免疫阳性神经元计数较 8Hz组数目显著减少 (P <0 0 1) .结论 :次声作用后 ,NOS神经元和ChAT免疫阳性神经元表达与次声的频率和作用时间有关
Objective: To investigate the effect of infrasound of 130 dB on the expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive neurons and acetylcholinesterase (ChAT) immunoreactive neurons in striatum of rats.Methods: The rats receiving SD at 16 Hz and 8 Hz , 130dB infrasound and 2h · d-1 respectively for 7, 14 and 21 days, neuro-anatomical method was used to observe the effect of expression of NOS positive neurons and ChAT positive neurons in striatum.Results: , The number of NOS-positive neurons in the rats increased first and then decreased, while the number of ChAT-positive neurons decreased with time.The number of ChAT-immunoreactive neurons in 16Hz group was significantly lower than that in 8Hz group (P <0.01) .Conclusion: After infrasound, the expression of NOS neurons and ChAT immunoreactive neurons is related to the frequency and duration of infrasound
