【摘要】 目的：探讨对血培养标本直接进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验的临床价值。方法：选取我院2007年8月~2010年9月收治的60例发热伴全身感染患者的临床资料，将患者血培养阳性标本混于专用接种水中，接种于鉴定板上做细菌鉴定和药敏试验（直接法），与转种后取得纯菌落上机鉴定和药敏试验（常规法）进行比较，比较两种方法细菌鉴定与药敏试验的符合率。结果：60例血培养标本直接上机与转菌落上机鉴定结果差异无统计学意
