目的 观察国产峰速仪对哮喘患者因气道直径变化引起流速改变的敏感度和重复性。方法 选择金桥地区确诊为哮喘的 37例病人 ,对每位入选者除发给科卡版峰速仪外 ,还对其进行正确使用方法的指导 ,以及准确记录每次实测数据、病情变化及用药情况。结果 37例病人测定重复性平均变异为 5 .97% ,重复性变异表现 <10 %为 31例 ;10 %~ 2 0 % 5例 ;>2 0 % 1例。敏感度最小 PEF值为 135 L ,最大值为 80 0 L。结论 国产峰速仪与英国产的 Wright峰速仪及英国电子峰速仪测得结果相仿 ,虽然 PEF值的瞬时呼气流速较易变异 ,然而其简单易行 ,仍不失为一种防治哮喘的良好工具
Objective To observe the sensitivity and repeatability of domestically produced peak velocity meter to the change of airway diameter caused by the change of airway velocity in patients with asthma. Methods Thirty-seven patients with asthma diagnosed in Jinqiao were enrolled in this study.
