前言 目前,在机械设备修理工业中,越来越多地采用高硬度等难切削加工材料对磨损零件进行尺寸恢复。堆焊恢复层须经切削加工,方可得到合乎要求的修复零件。在堆焊层中,高硬度振动堆焊层的难切削加工性具有一定的代表性,这是由于高硬度振动堆焊层不仅硬度值高而变化范围大,(HRC45~60)且分布不均;表面几何形状不规则;内部微孔多;焊层厚度薄(一般在2mm左右)。切削加工时,机械加工余量小而不均,产生碎裂切屑,切削冲击大,刀具磨损集中刀刃和刀尖部份。在生产中,普遍存在刀具磨损快,切削效率低,加工光洁度差等问题。

Cutting, the machining allowance is small and uneven, resulting in fragmented chips, cutting impact, tool wear concentrated blade and tip part. In production, the common tool wear fast, cutting efficiency is low, poor processing and other issues.
