本文研究了混合稀土的变质工艺和热处理对ZK102合金组织的影响。实验结果表明:混合稀土能变质共晶硅和细化α相组织,最佳变质工艺是铝箔包覆块状1.0%混合稀土加入到740℃铝液内,变质效果稳定;混合稀土的作用是封闭共晶硅孪晶生长台阶,同时又促使共晶硅形成孪晶,使共晶硅生长成分枝密集、互相交叉的短棒状;热处理能使变质共晶硅粒状速度加快,并减少稀土化合物相的数量。
