1979年,当我第一次和家人回到老家福建省时,没有一个女孩敢穿我们送给她们的裤子,因为裤子是前开门襟装拉链的。可两年后,她们却写信到马尼拉来要李维牛仔裤。1994年,我带着挑战自我、冒险一试心态进入中国,加入了北京博达大桥。当时可说是一切从零开始,公司没有自己专用格式的信纸、信封,没有投影仪,秘书也不懂什么是快递。大预算的广告在合作伙伴脑海里就是路牌。然而让我欣慰的是,无论广告公司或是客户的每一个本地员工都如海绵吸水一样勤奋地学习广告知识,提升业务水平。记得我的第一个客户执行(Account Executive)曾经从事翻译工作,他的英语熟练程度令人印象深刻,而刻苦工作的态度也令人鼓舞。我非常钦佩这些本地员工从未对自己没日没夜的辛勤付出抱有一丝怀
