阴、阳离子交换层析综合分子筛层析过程可从 Ｃｏｈｎ’ｓ ＦⅣ中回收纯化人血白蛋白，所得白蛋白溶液呈淡黄色，澄清透明；纯度为９９．１％；单体含量为９７．３％；ＯＤ~(１％)_４０３ｎｍ１ｃｍ＝０．０３１； ＰＫＡ为２．８１ＩＵ／ｍｌ。每公斤ＦⅣ可回收白蛋白４５ ｇ；白蛋白试制品能耐受５７℃ ５０ ｈ的热稳定性试验。
Purification of human albumin from Cohn’s FIV by anion-cation exchange chromatography. The resulting albumin solution was pale yellow with a clear and transparent purity of 99.1%. The monomer content was 97.3 %; OD ~ (1%) _ 403nm1cm = 0.031; PKA 2.81IU / ml. Per kg of FⅣ recyclable albumin 45 g; albumin prototype can withstand 57 ℃ 50 h thermal stability test.
