对正常摄食和饥饿状态下异育银鲫几项血液学指标进行测定。结果表明:0～45d内,随着饥饿时间的延长,红细胞数量呈迅速下降的趋势,血沉及白细胞数量呈上升的趋势,血红蛋白和比容呈先上升后下降的趋势,渗透脆性先下降后略有上升,然后维持在一定水平。
Several hematological indexes of allogynogenetic crucian carp (Carassius auratus gibelio) under normal ingestion and starvation were determined. The results showed that the numbers of erythrocytes decreased rapidly with the increase of starvation time from 0 to 45 days. The numbers of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and white blood cells tended to increase.
