春节即将到来。为了在春节期间进一步宣传建国三年多来祖国在抗美援朝、生产战线及各项工作上的辉煌胜利,鼓舞全省人民以更大的信心与热忱来执行国家第一个五年计划开始的一年即一九五三年的光荣任务,各地,特别是重点建立文化网的地区,应结合当前中心工作,在严禁摊派、反对铺张浪费的原则下,广泛深入地开展群众性的春节文娱活动。
