Due to the development and popularization of ultra-long-range radar, instruments, communications and television, it is necessary to measure the basic electrical parameters of various non-metallic materials, such as dielectric constant ε_r and loss tangent tan δ, around 500 MHz. At present, most of the coaxial measurement lines are used to measure by standing wave method. The sample to be measured should be made into a ring shape, and the holes on the sample must be closely matched with the inner conductor of the coaxial line. Otherwise, serious errors in measurement will result. The instruments required for such a system are expensive and the formulas are complex when calculated. So, general workers
