随着新课改进行的不断深入,教学学习主体和学习要求与模式也发生着改变,新课程改革要求以学生为主体,发挥学生的能动性,在课堂学习中以学生自主学习为主,教师进行引导式教学,在这种要求下,教师如何利用学生资源进行开发和利用成为研究重点之一。学生资源是指学生已经学习的基础知识、行为习惯、生活环境、意识形态等基础的资源和学生在日常生活活动中的生成资源,本文以小学语文教学中学生资源开发与利用为研究对象,分析调查现阶段小学语文教师对学生资源可发利用情况,提出相关策略,从师生关系与课堂教学模式等方面提出对策建议。
