为了科学、合理的进行分享型合同能源管理的项目的利益分配,为准确的管理决策提供依据,推进合同能源管理与节能服务产业的发展,在综合评价理论指导下,分析分享型合同能源项目管理的原理,设计利益分配流程,运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法原理,建立利益分配指标体系,构建利益分配模型。通过实际工程应用,论证了该方法的可行性与可操作,结果表明该方法能准确的计算参与方利益分配额度,为管理决策提供了依据。
In order to scientifically and reasonably distribute the benefits of the project of sharing contract energy management and provide the basis for accurate management decision and promote the development of contract energy management and energy saving service industry under the guidance of comprehensive evaluation theory, Principle, the design of the distribution process of benefits, the use of analytic hierarchy process and the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the establishment of interest distribution index system, the construction of interest distribution model. Through the practical engineering application, the feasibility and operation of this method are demonstrated. The results show that this method can accurately calculate the quota of the interests of participants and provide the basis for management decision-making.
