用酵母多糖活化的白细胞与大鼠主动脉血管平滑肌细胞共同孵育,观察白细胞对培养的血管平滑肌细胞的影响,并加入巯甲丙脯酸(captopril)观察其对细胞的保护作用。结果表明,活化的白细胞可使培养液中乳酸脱氢酶和丙二醛含量增高,加入巯甲丙脯酸后则使两者的含量均降低。这说明活化的白细胞可造成血管平滑肌细胞的损伤,而巯甲丙脯酸对这种损伤则具有保护作用,其作用机制与清除自由基,抗脂质过氧化有关。
The leukocytes activated by zymosan were co-incubated with rat aortic vascular smooth muscle cells to observe the effect of leukocytes on cultured vascular smooth muscle cells. Captopril was added to observe the protective effect on the cells. The results showed that activated leukocytes increased lactate dehydrogenase (MDA) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the culture medium, while both of them decreased after addition of captopril. This shows that activated leukocytes can cause vascular smooth muscle cell damage, while captopril has a protective effect on this damage, its mechanism of action and free radicals, anti-lipid peroxidation.
