文章对美国公共图书馆协会(PLA)组织编制的图书馆战略规划指南的历史进行了简要回顾,并对其中一些有代表性的和可供借鉴的内容进行了分析,在此基础上归纳出战略规划指南的特点,提出了对我国图书馆战略规划指南编制的启示。
The article briefly reviews the history of the library strategic planning guidebook compiled by the American Public Library Association (PLA), and analyzes some representative and useful contents of the guideline. Based on this, it summarizes the strategy Planning guidelines for the characteristics of the proposed development of China’s strategic planning guide library enlightenment.
