通过铸造数值模拟可以预测铸件的变形、热裂和残余应力等。为了提高颚式破碎机机架铸件的尺寸精度和使用寿命,本文利用有限元分析软件Pro CAST对其铸造过程进行了数值模拟分析。采用中间注入式开放浇注系统,为模型添加了明冒口,并对模型进行四面体网格划分。铸造模拟结果表明,机架充型过程平稳,冷却过程温度梯度较小,得到的温度场和应力场为实践中如何精确控制其铸造过程提供了依据。
By casting numerical simulation can predict the deformation of castings, thermal cracking and residual stress. In order to improve the dimensional accuracy and service life of jaw crusher frame castings, this paper uses the finite element analysis software Pro CAST to simulate the casting process. The middle injection open gating system was used to add a clear riser to the model, and the model was tetrahedrally meshed. The results of casting simulation show that the filling process of the frame is steady and the temperature gradient of the cooling process is small. The obtained temperature and stress fields provide the basis for how to precisely control the casting process in practice.
