采用CO_2气体保护焊和CHT120CK4粉芯焊丝在Q345钢板坡口处堆焊熔敷金属,得到低碳贝氏体焊缝。对不同热输入下低碳贝氏体焊缝的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,焊缝金属的组织主要由粒状贝氏体和铁素体组成。随着热输入的增加,粒状贝氏体含量先增加后减小,室温与-50℃下焊缝金属的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断面收缩率均呈先增大后减小的趋势。在热输入为15.8 k J/cm时,在室温与-50℃下焊缝金属的拉伸性能最好。
Adopt CO_2 gas shielded welding and CHT120CK4 cored wire to weld deposit metal in Q345 steel plate bevel to get low carbon bainitic weld. The microstructure and properties of low carbon bainite weld under different heat input were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the weld metal consists mainly of granular bainite and ferrite. With the increase of heat input, the content of granular bainite first increases and then decreases. The tensile strength, yield strength and reduction of area of the weld metal first increase and then decrease with room temperature and -50 ℃. Weld metal has the best tensile properties at room temperature and -50 ° C with a heat input of 15.8 kJ / cm.
