研究花粉抗动物辐射损伤的一系列效应,得出结论:(1)花粉能降低辐照动物急性期的死亡率;(2)花粉有提高辐照动物外周粒细胞及脾脏B-淋巴细胞作用;(3)花粉有增加辐照动物红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶的活力;(4)花粉对辐照动物的胸腺、睾丸等组织结构的损伤具有一定的保护作用;(5)辐照动物的血浆羟脯氨酸浓度明显降低。
A series of effects of pollen against animal radiation damage were studied and conclusions were drawn: (1) pollen can reduce the mortality rate of irradiated animals in the acute phase; (2) pollen can increase the activity of peripheral blood granulocytes and spleen B-lymphocytes in irradiated animals; (3) Pollen increased the activity of superoxide dismutase in erythrocytes of irradiated animals; (4) Pollen had a protective effect on the thymus and testis of irradiated animals; (5) Plasma hydroxyl of irradiated animals The concentration of valine is significantly reduced.
