会计专业是一个相对成熟的专业,其专业稳定,毕业人数多,学生的就业压力也相对较大。因此,培养会计专业学生的核心竞争力就显得尤其重要。在高职学生的会计专业培养中,要突出核心技能的界定,并通过针对化的手段对学生的核心竞争力进行培养。本文首先介绍了高职会计专业学生的职业技能现状及问题,然后对当前学生的各种职业能力进行了分析,并提出培养学生核心竞争力的相应策略。希望为广大高校的会计专业教学提供一点借鉴与参考。
Accounting is a relatively mature professional, professional stability, the number of graduates, the employment pressure of students is relatively large. Therefore, it is particularly important to cultivate the core competence of accounting students. In the cultivation of accounting major in higher vocational students, we should highlight the definition of core skills and train students’ core competence by means of targeted measures. This article firstly introduces the current situation and problems of occupational skills of accounting major students in vocational colleges, then analyzes various occupational abilities of current students and puts forward corresponding strategies of cultivating their core competence. Hope that for the majority of colleges and universities to provide a little teaching and accounting teaching reference.
