在香港,钢琴教师可称得上是一支最庞大的职业队伍。许多学了几年钢琴,勉强考了英国皇家音乐学院五级或六级试的学生就可以有办法收徒开教,考上八级的就更可以应征到各处无数的琴行中任教。在香港这种什么都可变成商品交易的商业性社会里,此等现象也可以说是正常的。因为这在一定程度上还能解决了一些教与学的需求问题,但与此同时就产生了教学质量粗劣的不良现象。我有些学生在考获八级不久,在一些琴行就要负责教授六到八级的考试曲目,这种负荷超重的倾向,必定带来不少弊病。要知道钢琴演奏是一门规律性很强的学问,演奏技术的训练一定是循序渐进而不可能一步登天。当然,进度的快慢也因每个人的才能高低和练习时间长短而有明显的区别。另外,弹奏钢琴与掌握一套正确的钢琴教学
In Hong Kong, piano teachers can be described as one of the largest team of professionals. Many students who have studied piano for several years can barely test the CET-5 or CET-6 students so they can find ways to enlist teaching and learning. In Hong Kong, a commercial society where everything can be traded, these phenomena can be said to be normal.
