目的观察氨力农在肺心病合并心力衰竭中的治疗作用。方法符合诊断标准的22例肺心病患者,感染已经控制而心力衰竭无缓解时使用氨力农治疗,以步行距离评价治疗效果,同时观察血气分析有无改善。结果治疗前病人平均步行距离为5米,治疗后平均步行距离增加到25米,差异显著(P<0.01)。血气结果氧分压由治疗前平均57mmHg,上升到治疗后的68mmHg,治疗前后差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论氨力农可有效治疗肺心病合并心力衰竭的患者,疗效确切而不良反应少。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of amrinone in heart failure complicated with cor pulmonale. Methods Twenty-two patients with pulmonary heart disease who met the diagnostic criteria were treated with amrinone when infection was controlled and heart failure was not alleviated. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by walking distance, and blood gas analysis was performed to see whether there was any improvement. Results The average walking distance of patients before treatment was 5 meters, and the average walking distance increased to 25 meters after treatment. The difference was significant (P <0.01). Blood gas results partial pressure of oxygen before treatment, an average of 57mmHg, rose to 68mmHg after treatment, before and after treatment was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Aminopyron can effectively treat patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure, with definite curative effect and few adverse reactions.
