首先按所需的形状尺寸制出样件1,并在其上适当的地方开设数个小孔1a(图a)。其次,将一定量的熔融状态的锡铋等低熔点合金2注入耐热性容器3内,将铁、铝等比低熔点合金比重小的硬质金属粒4投入熔液2中。然后再把成形样件1从上面压入容器3的熔液中,熔液2的一部分通过样件的小孔1a进入样件内腔,在样件上面形成低熔点
First of all, a sample 1 of the desired shape and size is made, and a number of small holes 1a are opened in suitable places (Fig. A). Next, a predetermined amount of low-melting-point alloy 2 such as tin bismuth is injected into the heat-resistant container 3, and hard metal particles 4 having a smaller specific gravity than that of the low-melting-point alloy such as iron and aluminum are charged into the melt 2. Then, the formed sample 1 is pressed into the melt of the container 3 from above, and a part of the melt 2 enters the inner cavity of the sample through the small hole 1a of the sample to form a low melting point
