钢丝绳在许多重要领域已获得广泛的应用。为保证钢丝绳在正常运行时不致崩断需要经常检测钢丝绳的损伤程度,判断何时须予更换,从理论上探讨了用泄漏磁通法检测钢丝绳缺陷的测量机理,在理论和实验相结合的基础上,推导出了反映泄漏磁通与缺陷几何参数关系的数学模型,概括出了实现定量测量钢丝绳损伤的3点重要结论,并在此基础上实现了钢丝绳探伤仪的硬件设计及软件开发。
Rope has been widely used in many important areas. In order to ensure that the wire rope will not collapse during normal operation, it is necessary to constantly check the damage degree of the wire rope to determine when to be replaced. Theoretically, the measurement mechanism of wire rope defect detection by leakage flux method is discussed. Based on the combination of theory and experiment , A mathematical model reflecting the relation between the leakage flux and the geometric parameters of the defect is deduced. Three important conclusions are given to realize the quantitative measurement of the damage of the wire rope. Based on this, the hardware design and software development of the wire rope flaw detector are realized.
