在年生长期中测定了龙眼叶片光合作用对温度的响应.结果发现,龙眼光合最适温和最适温下的光饱和光合速率都有一定的季节变化,但季节变幅不大.不同季节的光合最适温为22~28℃,光合最适温与植株前5~10d所处的环境平均气温密切相关.春、秋季光合最适温明显高于环境气温;夏季光合最适温明显低于环境气温,光合最适温随光合有效幅射的变化而变化.这些结果显示了龙眼光合作用对环境温度的特殊要求.
The photosynthesis response of longan leaves to temperature was measured in annual growth. The results showed that the photosynthetic rate of light-saturated photosynthetic rate under the optimum temperature and optimum temperature of the longan had a certain seasonal change, but the seasonal amplitude was not large. The best photosynthetic temperature in different seasons was 22 ~ 28 ℃. The optimum temperature of photosynthesis was closely related to the average temperature of the environment in the first 5-10 days of the plant. The optimum temperature of photosynthesis in spring and autumn was significantly higher than that of ambient temperature. The optimum temperature of photosynthesis in summer was obviously lower than ambient temperature, and the optimum temperature of photosynthesis varied with photosynthetically active radiation. These results show the special requirements of the longan photosynthesis on the ambient temperature.
