以程潮铁矿东西区开采进度整体调整为工程背景,以FLAC软件为研究手段,建立数值计算模型,设计出5种可行的开采进度方案,通过对比分析每个方案的最大和最小主应力大小,塑性区分布规律,垂直和水平位移变化,以及东西区支撑矿柱附近应力集中系数变化情况,确定东区与西区保持同步掘进和回采进度为最优方案。同时,针对开采区域的矿岩分布和上部开采形成的应力分布,实施应力与时间控制的采场巷道综合维护技术,工程应用效果良好。
Based on the overall adjustment of the mining progress in the east and west of Chengchao Iron Mine as engineering background, FLAC software was used as a research tool to establish a numerical calculation model and design five feasible mining schedule plans.
