对层状岩体爆破中岩层倾向与台阶坡面角度之间的关系进行了分析,且利用有限元分析软件ANSYSLS-DY-NA2D,对岩层倾向与台阶坡面角度的不同空间位置关系情况下的爆破进行了数值模拟,发现当岩层倾向与台阶坡面垂直时为爆堆推进方向的爆破效果最优。进行了现场工程对比试验,证明当岩层倾向与台阶坡面垂直时,大块率最小,仅为2.14%,爆破整体效果良好。
The relationship between rock slope propensity and step slope angle in stratified rock mass blasting was analyzed. And the relationship between rock slope propensity and step slope angle in different spatial positions was analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYSLS-DY-NA2D Numerical simulations of blasting show that blasting in the direction of blasting propulsion is optimal when the rock orientation is perpendicular to the step slope. Field experiments were conducted to prove that when the rock orientation is vertical to the step slope, the bulk rate is the smallest, only 2.14%. The overall blasting effect is good.
