目的对辽细辛[Asarum heterotropidesFr.Schmidt var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitaga.]地上部分的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和NMR波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为(3S)7,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-1H-2-Benzopyran-4(3H)-one(1)、5-oxymaltol(2)、吲哚-3-甲酸甲酯(1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid,methylester,3)、3,4-亚甲二氧基-苯甲酸(3,4-methylenedioxy-benzoic acid,4)、4-octenedioic acid,2,7-dim-ethyl(5)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,6)、山柰酚-3,7-二-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,7)。结论化合物1-5为从细辛属植物中首次分离得到,化合物6、7为从该种植物首次中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical components of aerial parts of Asarum heterotropides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitaga. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and NMR spectral data. As a result, seven compounds were isolated and identified as (3S)7,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-1H-2-Benzopyran-4(3H)-one(1), 5-oxymaltol(2), indole-3. - Methyl formate (1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid, methylester, 3), 3,4-methylenedioxy-benzoic acid (4), 4-octenedioic acid, 2 ,7-dim-ethyl(5), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), kaempferol-3,7- Di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (kaempferol-3, 7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 7). Conclusion Compounds 1-5 were isolated from Asarum plants for the first time. Compounds 6 and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
