社区矫正是国际行刑社会化趋势的主要体现,西方许多国家施行社区矫正已有较长的一段历史时期,然而这项具有划时代意义的刑罚制度的改革和创新在我国尚属起步阶段。学习和借鉴国外的有益经验并结合我国实际,期望我国的社区矫正工作能逐步进入轨道,社区矫正制度的理论也能逐步完善、普及,慢慢建立起一套具有中国特色、符合现代化行刑理念的社区矫正制度。
Community correction is the main manifestation of the socialization of execution in the international community. Many countries in the West have been implementing community corrections for a long period of time. However, the reform and innovation of the landmark punishments system is still in its infancy in our country. Learning and drawing lessons from the useful experience of other countries and with the reality of our country, we hope that the community correction work in our country can gradually get into orbit. The theory of community correction system can also be gradually perfected and popularized, and a set of concepts with Chinese characteristics and in line with the modern execution penalty Community Correction System.
