本文主要介绍了利用低位热能(60~90℃热水),采用氟利昂喷射制冷装置制取冷量的试验研究成果.通过大量的试验资料证明,实验装置是合理的,这种方法是可行的,是低位热能制取冷量的一种有效方法.当热水温度在75~80℃时,在空调使用工況下,其热力系数一般均在0.1以上.另外对该装置的关键部件—氟利昂喷射器,在理论计算上作了探讨,在实际上作了多种喷射器和喷咀形式的试验,试验结果推荐了一种比较满意的喷射器型式.
This article mainly introduces the experimental research results of using low-level heat energy (60-90°C hot water) and using Freon jet refrigeration equipment to make cold. Through a large amount of test data, the experimental device is reasonable, and this method is feasible. It is an effective method to make cold quantity by low heat energy. When the hot water temperature is 75~80°C, the thermal coefficient is generally above 0.1 under the conditions of air conditioning use.
