治疗睑板腺囊肿目前以手术为主。1978年Pizzarello等报告用醋酸氟羟强地松龙囊肿局部注射17例中15例(88%)有效。作者注射0.1～0.3ml共治疗50例53个睑板腺囊肿,结果31例消失,9例缩小成1mm以下,有效率为93%。睑板腺囊肿是睑板腺分泌物潴留,其内含有巨细胞及脂肪颗粒的慢性肉芽肿性炎症。局部注射后其混悬液在组织中存留时间长,适用于囊肿的局部应用。
The treatment of meibomian cysts is currently mainly surgery. In 1978, Pizzarello et al. Reported that 15 (88%) of 17 patients were injected locally with Fluorometholone acetate cyst. The authors injected 0.1 ~ 0.3ml total of 50 cases of 53 meibomian gland cysts, the results of 31 cases disappeared, 9 cases reduced to 1mm, the effective rate was 93%. Meibomian gland cyst is meibomian gland secretions retention, which contains giant cells and fat granules of chronic granulomatous inflammation. After the local injection of its suspension in the tissue retention time is long, suitable for local application of cysts.
