目的 :研究综合疗法对儿童孤独症的治疗效果。方法 :对 68名孤独症患儿采用综合治疗方法 ,包括社交技能训练、语言和言语训练、认知能力训练、行为矫正、精细运动和感觉统合训练 ,必要时配合药物治疗 ,同时强调家长参与治疗过程。每天训练 6小时以上 ,平均 4 5个月。用智力测验、ABC量表、婴儿 -初中生社会生活能力量表评估治疗效果。结果 :42名完成智力测验的患儿总智商治疗前平均 42 2 9±7 95 ,治疗后平均 5 6 13± 16 99,治疗后比治疗前明显增高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,智力结构除算术分测验无显著性变化外 (P >0 0 5 ) ,其余分测验得分治疗后均较治疗前明显增高 ,差异均有统计学显著性 (P <0 0 0 1)。ABC量表减分率 3 4 0 2 % ,治疗后较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 0 0 1) ,社会生活能力显著增高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,差异均有统计学显著性。结论 :综合疗法为治疗儿童孤独症的有效方法。
Objective: To study the curative effect of comprehensive therapy on children with autism. Methods: A total of 68 children with autism were enrolled in a comprehensive treatment including social skills training, speech and speech training, cognitive training, behavioral correction, fine motor and sensory integration training, medications when necessary, and parental participation in treatment process. Training more than 6 hours a day, an average of 45 months. The assessment of therapeutic effect was made by using intelligence test, ABC scale and infant-middle school social life ability scale. The mental structure Except for no significant changes in math points (P> 0.05), scores of the remaining points were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment, with significant differences (P <0.01). ABC scale reduction rate of 34.02% after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.01), social life ability was significantly higher (P <0.01), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: The comprehensive therapy is an effective method to treat children with autism.
