[目的]研究辐射能量为100MeV/u时不同剂量的碳离子辐照对2个甜高粱品种的种子萌发及几种酶活性的影响,为甜高粱品种的选育提供理论依据。[方法]甜高粱种子萌发后,统计发芽势和成苗率,并测定幼苗叶片中几种酶的活性。[结果]随着剂量的增加,发芽势先升后降,而成苗率逐渐下降,呈“类肩形”;GSH-Px、CAT、SOD及LDH酶活性的总体趋势是随着剂量的增加先升后降,不同酶略有不同。[结论]低剂量辐射促进了种子萌发,使酶的活性维持在较高的水平;高剂量时酶活下降,会抑制甜高粱的生长。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different doses of carbon ion irradiation on the seed germination and several enzyme activities of two sweet sorghum cultivars at the irradiation energy of 100 MeV / u, providing a theoretical basis for the breeding of sweet sorghum varieties. [Method] After the germination of sweet sorghum seeds, the germination potential and seedling rate were counted, and the activities of several enzymes in the seedling leaves were measured. [Result] As the dose increased, the germination potentials increased first and then decreased, while the seedling emergence rate gradually decreased, showing “shoulder type”. The overall trend of GSH-Px, CAT, SOD and LDH enzyme activity was as the dose Increase first and then increase, different enzymes slightly different. [Conclusion] The low dose radiation promoted the seed germination and the activity of the enzyme was maintained at a high level. The enzyme activity decreased at high dose, which inhibited the growth of sweet sorghum.
