分析总结国内外集装箱起重机地震动力学试验的研究现状,考虑到集装箱起重机结构、轨道支撑形式以及地震载荷多向性的特点,提出一种新颖可行的大型集装箱起重机地震动力学试验方案。该方案包含3项关键技术:用接触摩擦片模拟起重机车轮与轨道支撑状态;采用多轴向低频大位移伺服电机振动台模拟地震多向激励;采用灌铅法满足模型质量相似性。实践证明该试验方法能够对大型集装箱起重机准确模拟地震动力学行为展开可靠的试验研究,试验数据可作为数值模型关键参数的选取依据,为大型集装箱起重机地震反应的非线性动力学建模及抗震性能评估提供了一种有效手段。
This paper analyzes and summarizes the research status quo of seismic dynamics tests of container cranes both at home and abroad. Considering the characteristics of container crane structure, track support form and seismic load diversion, a novel and feasible experimental scheme for seismic behavior of large container cranes is proposed. The program consists of three key technologies: the contact friction plates simulate the crane wheel and track support state; the use of multi-axis low-frequency large displacement servo motor shaking table to simulate multi-directional seismic; using lead injection method to meet the similarity of model quality. The practice proves that the test method can carry out reliable experimental research on the accurate simulation of seismic dynamics of large container cranes. The test data can be used as the basis for selecting the key parameters of the numerical model. It is a nonlinear dynamic modeling and seismic performance of large container cranes. Evaluation provides an effective means.
