目的掌握驻马店市中小学生的贫血状况,探讨各种因素对贫血的影响,指导学校做好中小学生的贫血防治工作。方法对2008年驻马店市城区三所学校的2165名学生的贫血监测资料进行统计分析。结果驻马店市2165名中小学生的贫血患病率为12.47%,高中生16.08%,初中生9.38%,小学生5.08%;男生10.36%,女生14.65%。结论驻马店市中小学生贫血患病率处于中等水平,年级、性别之间患病率差异有统计学意义,今后该市要采取综合防治措施,降低贫血患病率。
Objective To understand the status of anemia in primary and secondary school students in Zhumadian city and to explore the impact of various factors on anemia and to guide schools in preventing and curing primary and secondary school students’ anemia. Methods The anemia monitoring data of 2165 students from three schools in urban area of Zhumadian City in 2008 were statistically analyzed. Results The prevalence of anemia in 2165 primary and middle school students in Zhumadian City was 12.47%, high school students 16.08%, junior high school students 9.38%, primary school students 5.08%, boys 10.36% and girls 14.65%. Conclusion The prevalence of anemia among primary and secondary school students in Zhumadian City is at a moderate level. There is a significant difference in the prevalence rates among grade and gender among the primary and secondary school students in Zhumadian City. In the future, the city should adopt comprehensive prevention and treatment measures to reduce the prevalence of anemia.
