摘要目的评估双源CT检查对脂肪肝病人肝内低密度病灶的影像,脂肪肝在普通人群和癌症化疗病人的发病率都很高。方法采集105例脂肪肝病人(肝实质CT值<40 HU)的双源CT增强检查的影像资料,并进行碘重建(PI)、最佳对比度重建(OC)、80 k V重建、120 k V等效数据重建。2名阅片者分别独立对影像噪声(IN)、病变和肝脏的信噪比(SNR)以及对比噪声比(CNR)进行定量分析,量化评分标准分为5级:优秀;良好;一般;差;无诊断价值。结果 21例有低密度肝脏病灶的脂肪肝病人资料表明,IN由小到大依次为PI<120 k V等效数据120 k V
Abstract Objective To evaluate the dual-source computed tomography (CT) examination of low-density intrahepatic lesions in patients with fatty liver. The incidence of fatty liver in the general population and cancer patients is high. Methods The CT images of 105 patients with fatty liver (CT value of liver parenchyma <40 HU) were collected and analyzed by iodine reconstruction (PI), best contrast reconstruction (OC), 80 kV reconstruction, 120 kV Equivalent data reconstruction. Two reviewers independently analyzed the signal noise (IN), lesion, and liver SNR and contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) quantitatively.
