气缸套同轴度测量仪

我厂是生产气缸套的专业厂家,图1所示的是495QB气缸套,批量大且同轴度要求高。在同轴度检验时,检查人员用壁厚千分尺测量气缸套的壁厚差代替同轴度误差。壁厚千分尺仅能测量气缸套两端的壁厚差,而中部无法测量,且这种测量方法操作麻烦,读数不准,测量效率低。我们设计了图2所示的气缸套(?)轴度仪弥补了上述不足。经过使用,不仅测量数据精确,适用范围大,而且测量效率高,深受生产车间及检查人员的欢迎。 I plant is a professional manufacturer of cylinder liner, shown in Figure 1 is 495QB cylinder liner, large volume and high concentricity. In the test of concentricity, the inspectors use the wall thickness micrometer to measure the difference of the cylinder liner thickness instead of the coaxial error. Wall thickness micrometer can only measure the difference between the thickness of the cylinder liner at both ends, while the central can not measure, and this measurement method is cumbersome to operate, the reading is not accurate, the measurement efficiency is low. We designed the cylinder liner (?) Shown in Figure 2 to make up for these shortcomings. After use, not only accurate measurement data, the scope of application, and high measurement efficiency, by the production workshop and inspectors welcome.
