为了系统探究速生材高得率浆发色系统在老化过程中的变化,采用差示紫外-可见光谱(DRUV)分析了桉木CTMP未漂浆与漂白浆经阴暗放置、加热和光照的老化过程中发色系统的变化。结果表明,纸浆经加热和光照处理后返黄显著,白度值和明度值L明显下降,并且水分的存在会加剧返黄,主要原因是在老化过程中,共轭羰基和醌类结构含量的增加。此外,在对桉木BCTMP浆进行不同时间的日光照射发现,随着时间的加长,纸浆中发色基团逐渐增多;在光照老化的初期,水分的存在可以在一定程度上抑制返黄。
In order to systematically investigate the changes of fast-growing high-yielding hair color system during aging, the aging process of eucalyptus CTMP unbleached pulp and bleached pulp was analyzed by differential ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (DRUV) Changes in hair color system. The results showed that the yellowing of the pulp after heating and light treatment was significant, the whiteness value and the lightness value L decreased significantly, and the presence of moisture exacerbated the yellowing. The main reason was that during the aging process, the content of conjugated carbonyl and quinone increase. In addition, the sunlight irradiation of eucalyptus BCTMP pulp at different times showed that the color-forming groups increased gradually with the time increasing. In the early period of light aging, the presence of water could restrain yellowing to a certain extent.
