7例呈现肝病表现的肝豆状核变性全部发现角膜 K—F 环,其中4例做了铜蓝蛋白检测均明显降低,2例做了尿铜检测均明显高于正常。7例慢性乙型肝炎病人 HBsAg、HBeAg 均阳性。肝活检诊断3例为慢活肝,4例为慢迁肝,均未发现角膜 K—F 环。铜蓝蛋白检测6例增高,1例轻度降低,7例中4例尿铜轻度增高,余3例正常。肝组织学检查两者未发现显著差别。本文认为,两种疾病在眼部体征、铜生化检查方面存在较大差别,诊断要依靠以上诸因素综合分析。
Seven cases of hepatolenticular degeneration with liver disease were found corneal K-F ring, of which 4 cases of ceruloplasmin were significantly lower, 2 cases of urine copper were significantly higher than normal. Seven cases of chronic hepatitis B patients HBsAg, HBeAg were positive. Liver biopsy in 3 cases of slow-moving liver, 4 cases of slow-moving liver, no corneal K-F ring was found. Ceruloplasmin detected in 6 cases increased, 1 case decreased slightly, 7 cases of 4 cases of urinary copper mild increase, more than 3 cases of normal. No significant difference was found between the liver histology. This article believes that the two diseases in the eye signs, copper biochemical tests there is a big difference, the diagnosis depends on the above factors comprehensive analysis.
