新《课标》指出:学生是学习和发展的主体,语文课程必须根据学生的身心发展和语文学习特点,关注学生的个体差异和不同学习需求,爱护学生的好奇心、求知欲,充分激发学生的主动意识和进取精神,倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式。人民教育家陶行知先生也曾提出了“解放孩子的头脑、眼睛、嘴巴、双手、空间、时间”的这“六大解放”理论,因此,在语文教学中要注重激发学生自主兴趣,优化学生自主学习的因素,提供足够的素材,学生动手、动口、动脑,为学生的个性发挥和共性发展提供多种机会,让学生多种感官并用,解决地进行“自主学习”。
