现代铁路行业正高速发展,高铁、地铁等进一步普及,这对现代铁路施工企业的技术含量提出了更高的要求。对于铁路施工企业来说,专业技术人员与施工团队就是企业的核心竞争力,薪酬管理成为竞争的关键。要想吸引高技术人才,使他们稳定地留在企业内工作,就必须制定合理的薪酬管理体系。本文先对现代铁路施工企业薪酬管理的现存问题加以分析,并在此基础上针对这些问题探讨相应的优化策略。
The modern railway industry is developing at a rapid speed and further popularization of high-speed railways and subways put forward higher requirements on the technical content of modern railway construction enterprises. For railway construction enterprises, professional and technical personnel and construction team is the core competitiveness of enterprises, salary management has become the key to competition. If you want to attract high-tech talents and keep them in the stable work in the enterprise, you must formulate a reasonable salary management system. This article first analyzes the existing problems of the modern railway construction enterprise’s salary management, and on the basis of this, probes into these optimization strategies.
