在仪器仪表工业的生产中,需磨制各种小直径的冲头,因我厂没有小型磨床,只好在普通外圆磨床上进行磨削。加上冲头一般采用铬合金工具钢制造,因此,磨削φ0.5~2毫米直径的小冲头困难较多。解决困难的办法是,除砂轮在磨削时保持锋利外,还在φ250×600毫米液压万能磨床上,添置了特殊支承架。由图1和图2可见,磨削前先将带莫氏锥柄的钻夹2插入头架1的主轴锥孔内,使头架主轴能够带动工件3旋转。夹紧工件后,调整特殊支承架螺钉9,使木质托6托持在被磨削工件的端部4~5毫米处。再调调整螺钉10,使特殊专用支杆7轻轻地顶住木质托。
In the production of instrumentation industry, the need to mill a variety of small diameter punch, because I plant no small grinder, had to grind on a common cylindrical grinder. Plus the punch is generally made of chromium alloy tool steel, therefore, grinding φ0.5 ~ 2 mm diameter small punch more difficult. The solution is to remove the grinding wheel sharp in the grinding, but also φ250 × 600 mm hydraulic universal grinder, purchased a special support frame. It can be seen from Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 that before the grinding, the drill holder with the Morse taper shank 2 is inserted into the spindle taper hole of the headstock 1 so that the headstock spindle can drive the workpiece 3 to rotate. After clamping the work piece, adjust the special support frame screw 9, so that the wood support 6 is supported at the end of the workpiece being ground 4 to 5 mm. Adjust the adjusting screw 10 again so that the special special strut 7 gently holds the wood support.
