提出了激光以一定角度入射液芯光纤(LCOF)产生空心光束(HLB)的方法。利用Zemax软件对产生系统建模,理论分析了HLB的暗斑尺寸DSS和光束宽度随传播距离、LCOF的长度与芯径的变化规律,并以CS2作为芯液材料,用630nm半导体激光器对部分理论结果进行了实验验证。研究表明,通过改变激光入射角度可获得DSS可调的HLB,其DSS和光束宽度几乎不受LCOF长度的影响,但与芯径大小有关。该方法操作简便、成本低、DSS调整范围大,可满足不同应用领域的需求。
A method of generating a hollow beam (HLB) by laser entering the liquid core optical fiber (LCOF) at an angle is proposed. The production system was modeled by Zemax software. The variation of dark spot size (DSS) and beam width with propagation distance, LCOF length and core diameter of HLB was theoretically analyzed. CS2 was used as core liquid material, The results of experimental verification. The results show that the DSS tunable HLB can be obtained by changing the laser incident angle. The DSS and beam width are almost independent of the LCOF length, but are related to the core diameter. The method is simple and easy to operate with low cost and wide adjustment range of DSS to meet the needs of different application fields.
