流水线上的迷茫2013年4月24日及4月27日,富士康再发“两连跳”:郑州航空港园区内,一名24岁的男子和一名23岁的女工,相继跳楼身亡。此前,员工跳楼的惨剧就曾多次在这个全球代工巨头里上演。情况最严重的2010年中,有多达十余名工人从深圳富士康的楼上跳下。单调的流水线生活和严苛的管理制度,被指是酝酿这些悲剧的“祸首”。机械压抑的工作、没休止的加班、突然而至的责骂、看不到未来的迷茫等,无不在考验着富士康工人、尤其是“新生代工人们”的心理承受能力。
