用DX-3型扫描电镜和JEOL-733型电子探针对20号钢表面钴基激光熔覆层的显微结构和掺杂元素的分布作了观察与分析。结果指出,表面形成了良好的冶金结合,涂料元素基本上不进入基材。
The microstructure and doping elements distribution of Co-based laser cladding on 20 steel were observed and analyzed by DX-3 SEM and JEOL-733 electron probe. The results indicate that the surface forms a good metallurgical bond, with the coating elements not substantially entering the substrate.
