大同电力高级技工学校作为山西省电力公司的电网运行和电力营销培训基地,主要担负着省电力公司电网运行、电力营销两大专业人员的培训与考核工作。在多年的培训教学实践中,学校总结提炼出“培训内容精益化、培训方式差异化、培训效果显性化、经验传递高效化”培训模式,并以此为引领,在省公司系统高技能人才培养、项目开发、师资培训及技能竞赛等工作中不断创新理念,探索多元化的培训方式和手段。
