BOT is a new investment method. There are many successful cases in the world. It is established to meet the demand of government funds, inefficient operation and management, private enterprises’ ability to participate in the construction and management of infrastructure projects and the rapid development of modern market economy . Therefore, all parties concerned should study and apply it.
