目的:对影响图像质量的主要因素进行检测与校准。方法:用质量控制检测仪器对数字摄影系统分辨率、噪声、宽容度及x线机的检测和校准。结果:数字摄影分辨率高、图像信息量大,噪声随毫安秒的减少而增大,线束垂直度和滤线器不正时,图像出现密度不均现象。结论:数字图像细节显示优于普通平片,合适的X线剂量可减少噪声,定期校正线束垂直度和滤线器,是对成像链实施全面质控来提高影像质量的前提。
Objective: To detect and calibrate the main factors affecting the image quality. Methods: Quality control testing equipment for digital photography system resolution, noise, latitude and x-ray machine detection and calibration. Results: High resolution of digital photography, large amount of image information, noise increase with the decrease of milliampere second, unevenness of density of images when the verticality of the harness and the filter are not correct. Conclusion: The digital image detail is better than plain film. The proper dose of X-ray can reduce the noise, and the regularity of the verticality of the beam and the filter can be calibrated regularly. This is the premise of implementing overall quality control on the imaging chain to improve the image quality.
