“该生尊敬师长,团结同学,乐于助人,刻苦学习,热爱劳动,关心集体,今后应……”《小学生手册》中的这段操行评语,相信大家耳熟能详。随着教育改革的深入,现代教育理论要求素质教育综合评价应该体现一种重要原则:以人为本,要把“促进学生的发展”作为评价的终极目标。操行乃品行,对学生尤其是小学生而言,过早地对他们做出品行的负面评价有害无益。
“The students respect the teacher, unite classmates, helpful, study hard, love labor, care about the collective, the future should ... ...” “pupil’s handbook” in this section comment, I believe everyone familiar. With the deepening of education reform, modern education theory requires that the comprehensive evaluation of quality education should reflect an important principle: people-oriented, we should regard “promoting student development” as the ultimate goal of evaluation. It is harmful to students, especially primary school students, to give premature evaluation of their conduct negatively.
