目的寻求一种适合在社区卫生服务工作中开展的新技术。方法通过在兴围社区健康服务中心开展各种适宜中医药技术并对其社会效益进行观察分析。结果适宜中医药技术在社区的逐步开展能满足居民多样化需求,得到了社区群众的大力欢迎和支持,既方便了居民群众,解决了他们就医难的问题,又减轻了大医院的就诊压力,更重要的是能节省医疗开支和医疗资源。结论在社区开展适宜中医药技术能真正做到方便百姓,服务基层,能有效提高社区卫生服务工作的服务质量;社区卫生服务机构应以运用适宜中医药技术为突破口,围绕社区卫生服务基本功能,重点推广针灸、推拿等多种形式的适宜中医药技术,广泛用于社区常见病、多发病、慢性病的防治。
Objective To seek a new technology suitable for community health service. Methods Through the Hing Wai Community Health Service Center to carry out a variety of appropriate traditional Chinese medicine technology and its social benefits were observed and analyzed. The results suitable for the gradual development of Chinese medicine technology in the community to meet the diverse needs of residents, has been greatly welcomed by the community and mass support, not only convenient for the residents, to solve their medical problems, but also reduce the pressure of large hospitals, More importantly, it can save medical expenses and medical resources. Conclusion Community-based health care facilities should be able to truly help people and serve the grassroots to improve the service quality of community health services effectively. Community health service agencies should make use of appropriate traditional Chinese medicine technology as a breakthrough point and focus on the basic functions of community health services, Focus on the promotion of acupuncture, massage and other forms of suitable traditional Chinese medicine technology, widely used in community common diseases, frequently-occurring disease, chronic disease prevention and treatment.
