在工业锅炉燃煤中添加助燃剂是促进煤炭高效燃烧,发展煤炭清洁利用、实施节约煤炭资源、建设节约型社会和保护环境兼得的好事。本文从锅炉燃煤燃烧机理以及燃煤助燃剂(或称添加剂)作用机理进行简明的阐述,并对青岛海尔能源动力有限公司和临沂开发区供热公司两种不同型号锅炉进行燃煤助燃剂实验相关数据进行了分析。实施工业锅炉节煤、推广使用燃煤助燃剂,对加快建设节约型社会、更加合理的利用煤炭资源,保护环境有着重要的战略意义。
Adding combustion improver to coal in industrial boilers is a good thing to promote efficient combustion of coal, clean coal utilization, save coal resources, build a conservation-oriented society and protect the environment. In this paper, the combustion mechanism of coal-fired boilers and the action mechanism of coal combustion improvers (or additives) are briefly described, and two types of boilers, Qingdao Haier Energy Power Co., Ltd. and Linyi Development Zone Heating Co., Relevant data were analyzed. The implementation of coal-fired industrial boiler, the promotion of the use of coal combustion improvers, accelerating the building of a conservation-oriented society, a more rational use of coal resources, environmental protection has an important strategic significance.
